Instant Publish

This feature lets you publish new products to your store immediately, without waiting for a staff review.

• Here’s a quick guide to help you decide:

  Turn It On: Check the box to enable Bypass Approval. Your products will go live on your store right away.

  Turn It Off: Uncheck the box to disable it. Your products will go through the normal review process before being published.

  Important: This feature doesn’t apply to embroidery products. Those will always need staff approval before going live.

• Speed vs. Accuracy: Turning on Bypass Approval helps your products go live faster, but it also increases the chance of small layout, design, or print issues showing up on your storefront.

  Review Still Happens: Even after products go live, our team still reviews them. If anything needs fixing, it could cause delays or reprints, especially if orders have already been placed.

  This option is best when you want to prioritize speed over the review step.

Save Your Changes

When you have the setting how you want it, click the Save Settings button at the bottom of the page to save.
